Rugby916.com Return Policy

1. Please enclose all of the original pieces of equipment. This includes tags, badges, box, wrench, and anything else that arrived with your merchandise.

2. Ensure that all merchandise being returned is brand-new and has no sign of use. Make sure tags are still attached to the gear being returned.

3. Please make sure returns are made within 30 days of being delivered.

4. All refunds will be price of product only. No shipping costs will be reimbursed.

FOR RUGBY BOOTS FOLLOW THESE DIRECTIONS:

Rugby boots should last a long time for you with proper care. Should there be a defect to the rugby boot that was not caused by the customer, we will gladly replace the rugby boots or credit you for another pair.

After visual inspection and approval, credit can be issued. 0-30 days = 100% credit 31-90 days = 75% credit 91-120 days = 50% credit
